NorthFarm does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products, and content of these and any other persons. Any failure by NorthFarm to exercise any rights or enforce any of these terms is not a waiver of such rights or terms. If any provision of these Terms or their application in a particular circumstance is held to be invalid or unenforceable to any extent, the remainder of these Terms, or the application of such provision in other circumstances, will not be affected, and each provision will be valid and enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, (i) these terms will be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles, and (ii) to the extent that any lawsuit or court proceeding is permitted under these terms, we both agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts and federal courts located within San Francisco County, California for the purpose of litigating all such disputes.
We collect Personal Information from everyone who uses our Service. We collect this information at various stages of your experience with us. We collect basic information such as name and email address when you open an account, and we ask for more detailed information such as financial information as you seek loans using our platform.
We may collect information from you as you use our Service. When you choose to create an account, we ask for your name, phone number, email address, home address, date of birth, Social Security number. We may also collect, as noted below, cookies and other browsing data. You may choose to provide additional, optional information such as your location or information required to share content on your social media accounts. During the loan application process, we may also request financial information such as username and password for your bank account, account balance, transaction history, ACH authorization, or credit report.
You can decline to provide additional Personal Information, or through your browser, block or delete cookies, but doing so may prevent you from engaging with and using certain parts of the Service.
